Privex Pay gives you real-time analytics so you always know how your business is performing. The analytics panel on your dashboard updates continuously as transactions are processed, giving you an accurate, up-to-the-minute view of your revenue and sales activity.

Available metrics

Your dashboard tracks four core metrics:

Total Revenue

The gross value of all successful transactions in the selected period, before any fee deductions.

Sales count

The total number of completed payment transactions — useful for tracking order volume and conversion trends.

Average Order Value

Total revenue divided by the number of sales. Rising AOV indicates customers are spending more per transaction.

Refunds

The total value of refunds issued in the period. A negative trend here is a healthy sign for your business.

Period-over-period comparisons

Each metric displays a percentage change relative to the previous equivalent period. For example:
  • +12.5% on Total Revenue means gross revenue is 12.5% higher than the same period before.
  • +8.2% on Sales count means you processed 8.2% more transactions.
  • +3.1% on Average Order Value means customers are spending more per order on average.
  • -2.4% on Refunds means the value of refunds issued has decreased — a positive indicator.
A green percentage indicates growth or improvement; red indicates a decline. For refunds specifically, a red (increasing) figure warrants closer attention to potential product or customer satisfaction issues.

How to interpret the metrics

Use the metrics together rather than in isolation. A rising Sales count with a falling Average Order Value, for example, may indicate increased volume from smaller orders — which could be a deliberate pricing change or a shift in customer behavior worth investigating.
Compare your refund rate (Refunds ÷ Total Revenue) over multiple periods to identify whether buyer satisfaction is improving. A consistently low refund rate is a strong signal of product quality.

Gross figures and payout amounts

All revenue figures shown in analytics reflect gross transaction amounts — the full amount your customer paid before Privex Pay’s fees are deducted.
Analytics show gross amounts. Your actual payout will be the gross revenue minus Privex Pay’s 10% transaction fee. To see the net amount queued for your next payout, check the Next ETH Payout figure on your dashboard overview.
For example, if your Total Revenue for the week is 1,000,yournextpayoutwillbeapproximately1,000, your next payout will be approximately 900 after the 10% fee. See Payouts overview for a full explanation of how payouts are calculated.

Real-time updates

Analytics refresh automatically as new transactions are processed — you do not need to reload the page. This means the figures you see reflect current activity, making the dashboard useful for monitoring sales during launches, promotions, or high-traffic periods.
Privex Pay also conducts daily transaction and activity reviews as part of its ongoing monitoring program. If any unusual activity is detected, you may be contacted by the compliance team.

Reporting tools

In addition to the live dashboard metrics, Privex Pay provides reporting tools to help you review and export historical data. Use these tools for accounting, tax preparation, and business performance reviews. Access reporting from the Reports section of your dashboard.
