Privex Pay processes payouts on a fixed weekly schedule — every Monday, for all transactions that have cleared before the payout cutoff. There is no minimum payout amount, so your full net balance is disbursed regardless of how much you earned that week. Weekly Monday payouts
Payouts are initiated every Monday and cover all transactions that cleared in the preceding period. You do not need to request a payout manually — Privex Pay automatically calculates your net balance and sends it to your configured payout destination each cycle.Your payout destination (bank account or Ethereum wallet) must be configured in Dashboard → Settings → Payout Method before the Monday payout cycle runs. What “cleared” means
A transaction is considered cleared when it has been successfully processed and is not subject to an active dispute. Cleared transactions are included in the next Monday payout. Transactions that are:- Pending — still being authorized or settled by the payment network
- Disputed — subject to a chargeback or open dispute
Deductions applied before payout
Before your payout is sent, Privex Pay applies the following deductions to your gross transaction total:- 10% merchant fee — Privex Pay’s flat fee on every transaction
- Applicable taxes — collected and remitted by Privex Pay as your Merchant of Record
- Refunds — amounts returned to customers
- Chargebacks — amounts recovered by a customer’s bank following a dispute
